Got a little animal lover who’d love to have a tiger round for tea or try their luck at racing a cheetah? We know just the thing…
We’re super excited about Google’s 3D animals – a super fun augmented reality (AR) activity that lets little ones get up close and personal with their favourite creatures and wild animals! And we can’t think of a better time to try this exciting feature, as we stay indoors and try to keep our children’s imaginations and learning ticking over!
What are Google’s 3D animals?
First launched in 2018, it’s a fun way for children to learn about their favourite animals and its popularity is now soaring with parents looking for exciting and educational ways to fill the day. By using the feature, which is home to a huge range of animals, you can project the creature into your phone’s screen. These 3D images highlight details that might not otherwise be seen in a normal image. The only limit here is your child’s imagination! They can go on a bear hunt in their Cozy Coupe® or build sandcastles with a real turtle in their Turtle Sandbox!

To view the animals, you’ll need a supported smartphone or tablet and will need to downloadGoogle Chrome.
