Once your order has been placed and verified, you will receive a text message from the carrier within 3 working days. This will state a delivery date within the following 2 working days. If you are not at home on the day of delivery, a contact card will be left and you will be able to re-arrange a convenient date for delivery. If no contact is made, the carrier will make two further attempts to deliver the goods. After three delivery attempts the goods will be returned to warehouse and the order cancelled. Items will be refunded to the original purchaser’s account.
