Once your order has been placed and verified, you will be contacted by phone within 10 working days. The carrier will arrange a convenient delivery day and time slot with you. If you are not at home on the day of delivery, a contact card will be left and you will be able to re-arrange a convenient date for delivery. Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times; any further delivery attempts may be chargeable at your cost. Any cancellations or refusals will result in the items being returned to our warehouse and refunded to the original purchaser’s account.
